How MobileFlow works

Participation is who came, who brought them and who comes back, kept as separate facts.

How does Tally measure participation?

Promoters, venues, organizers, artists and fans use Tally. Seeing a link, being referred, checking in, staying and returning are different events, and Tally records each one under its own evidence. Arcus verifies check-ins and attendance. A group uses Hytch to coordinate the trip, which shows who arrived. Knowing who a promoter brought does not prove those people would have stayed home otherwise, and Tally does not claim it does. A promoter report says what is known and stops there.

Tally credits a referral under a stated rule. Incremental turnout is its own question, and that answer needs its own evidence.
