What a program gets
Payment for results
Your program sets the rule, for example a shared trip to a campus during the morning peak. A reward is released only after Arcus finds that a trip met it, and only up to the program's cap. Arcus never holds or moves the money; a designated payment or program operator does.
A reason for every decision
Each rule is versioned. Every approval and every denial carries its reason, so staff, auditors and the public can see why money moved or did not.
No favorite provider
MobileFlow owns no vehicles and favors no provider. The goal is the best trip for the person or group, whether that is transit, a carpool, a shuttle, a rideshare or, in time, a self-driving vehicle.
Consent for a stated purpose
Location sharing in Hytch is opt-in, limited to one group and ends on a timer. Arcus reports in aggregate and is designed to suppress small groups. MobileFlow's business does not depend on selling anyone's movement history.
Honest numbers
A verified trip shows that a trip happened under your rule. Whether your program caused it is a separate question that needs its own method, and we report the two separately.
Useful without a program
People use Hytch to plan with friends whether or not anyone is paying for the trip. A program builds on a habit that already exists instead of asking people to download something just for an incentive.
