How MobileFlow works

Coordination is a group answering who, where, when and how, then acting on it.

How does a conversation become a real-world plan?

It depends on who needs the plan. People use Hytch, where who is in, where to meet, when to move and how to travel stay inside the chat, and the chat works with no sponsor. Promoters use Tally to carry an invitation, and the group still decides how to get there. Agencies, employers, campuses and venues that need the arrival checked use Arcus after the plan happens. Shared plans, maps, arrival coordination and group memory live in that chat.

Each product has to be useful on its own. A group should get value from Hytch with no sponsor, no program and no reward in sight (programs layer on top of the plan and never replace it).

Coordination comes first. Transportation, venues, campuses and events are things the coordination layer is applied to.
