We’re pleased to share a simple, important update: Hytch LLC has transferred its technology stack, brand assets, and user base to MobileFlow, Inc. The commuter-facing app will continue as Hytch while product development and commercialization are led by MobileFlow.
What MobileFlow intends to do
MobileFlow will operate Hytch as a transportation-management platform for employers, public agencies, venues, and campuses that need to influence how, when, and how often people travel. Programs are configured by sponsors to shift departures out of peak periods, promote shared and sustainable modes, and align travel with workforce and economic goals using configurable credits.
Alongside sponsor-led programs, Hytch includes an optional consumer subscription—Hytch Chat—that uses privacy-preserving commute signals to match people for chat only (no ride facilitation) and grants subscribers bonuses such as priority challenges or early access to localized boosts.
A core outcome of operating these programs is a privacy-first mobility data business: Hytch licenses aggregated analytics, APIs, and model-ready datasets to sponsors and public agencies for planning and operations, and to ecosystem partners for training and validating mobility AI that improves demand forecasting, routing, staffing, event operations, and policy design.
Results are designed to be auditable without exposing personal data. Sponsors see evidence of peak shifting, vehicle-miles traveled reductions, emissions avoided, attendance lift, and similar KPIs via privacy-preserving dashboards and telemetry.
Our roadmap (summarized): scale the current rewards system with sponsors, pilot digital rewards in key markets, and then expand nationally and globally—establishing Hytch as the go-to platform for commuter-driven data and measurable impact.
If you’re an employer, agency, or venue exploring performance-based mobility incentives, we’d love to collaborate as we carry Hytch’s mission forward under MobileFlow.
